Zusammenfassung

The North Face EMEA is seeking a Travel Retail Manager to lead the wholesale business across the EMEA region from Stabio, Switzerland. You will build partnerships with travel retail operators, manage the business plan and seasonal assortments, and drive brand presence in key travel destinations.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing and Retail teams to deliver revenue targets, optimize inventory, and execute growth initiatives in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven Travel Retail experience in apparel, footwear, outdoor, sports or premium consumer goods.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to drive revenue growth.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and partnerships with travel retail operators.
• Solid understanding of retail performance metrics, assortment planning, consumer trends and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for identifying new growth opportunities.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages welcomed.

Aufgaben

• Manage The North Face Travel Retail business across EMEA, driving revenue and brand visibility.
• Develop partnerships with travel retail operators, distributors, airports and partners to identify and unlock opportunities.
• Manage the travel retail business plan with revenue, margin, inventory and profitability targets.
• Create seasonal commercial plans and ensure the right product assortment to meet travel retail demand.
• Forecast with Planning teams to optimize inventory levels and support growth.
• Execute sell-in and develop action plans to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing and Retail teams for launches and storytelling.
• Support channel growth initiatives and openings of new stores or branded corners.
• Conduct business reviews using consumer and market insights to optimize assortments.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to drive channel development.
• Ensure brand standards and consumer experience across locations.
• Build long-term relationships with Travel Retail partners.
