Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Commercial Analytics, or Financial Analytics environments.
• Strong expertise in SQL and advanced analytical techniques.
• Proven track record building automated dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
• Experience designing semantic layers and scalable data models for BI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools; Looker experience is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms, ideally GCP and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of commercial performance metrics, revenue analytics, and business KPIs.
• Experience in retail and/or consumer goods is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into analytics solutions through close stakeholder engagement.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial Analytics, Data Engineering, and stakeholders to deliver successfully.
