Zusammenfassung

Kenvue is seeking an EMEA MES Deployment Lead based in Zug (CH) or Prague (CZ) to define regional deployment strategy and ensure timely delivery. You will coordinate with regional networks, global teams and site deployment leads to align MES rollout with the global template and schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in supply chain or IT manufacturing, strong leadership, MES experience (AVEVA MD MES preferred), and excellent cross-cultural communication to drive change across sites in

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of business experience with at least 5 years leading projects in supply chain or IT manufacturing.
• Experience with MES systems; AVEVA Model Driven MES is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and report regional program progress.
• Act as first escalation point for project issues at local/regional level.
• Collaborate with System Integrator PMs and Site Deployment Leads to remove obstacles.
• Capture lessons learned and feed into MES governance improvements.
• Support change management within the region aligned with regional leadership.
• Ensure sites meet spending commitments and provide regional data to Global MES Finance.
• Assist in benefits collection and evaluation for MES project execution.
