EMEA Marketing Manager - Molecular Regional Lead - REF

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Molecular Biology Franchise Lead – EMEA to shape and execute our regional marketing strategy, ensuring seamless alignment between global initiatives and local market needs.

As the Regional Franchise Lead, you will serve as the essential bridge between Global Marketing Product & Market Management and cluster-level Marketing teams, translating global strategies into regionally relevant priorities. You’ll be instrumental in market insights consolidation, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring consistent yet locally optimized success across the EMEA region.

What will be your responsibilities ?
  • Strategy & Planning: Define and align regional priorities with global objectives, ensuring commercial relevance and customer-centric impact.

  • Market Intelligence: Gather, synthesize, and deliver actionable insights to inform product development, lifecycle management, and strategic adaptation.

  • Launch Excellence: Lead the regional commercialization strategy, ensuring preparedness, effective execution, and continuous performance tracking.

  • Cross-Market Collaboration: Partner with local marketing teams, facilitating best practice sharing and enhancing operational efficiency.

  • Brand Consistency: Drive uniform messaging, positioning, and marketing activities, with thoughtful localization for maximum effectiveness.

Who are you ?

  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 7–10 years in marketing leadership inIn Vitro Diagnostics industry.

  • Regional Expertise: Proven ability to lead across multiple markets in a matrixed environment.

  • Track Record: Successful product launches and molecular biology solutions management experience.

  • Skills: Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.

  • Language: Fluent English; additional European language(s) a plus.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel across EMEA (~30%).

Position based in any EMEA country. If France, preferrably based in our Headquarters near Lyon.
