Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Senior Manager Training to lead Academy delivery across EMEA based in Basel at the Euro-Airport. You will help establish an important capability from the ground up by connecting existing training expertise and making learning easier to access, deliver, measure, and improve.

In this role, you translate business and regulatory needs into a focused regional training program while connecting global standards with regional requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading through matrix structures and cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, and evaluation of training.
• Experience building and managing multi-site or regional training plans and calendars.
• Fluency with learning technology, training data, budgets, and vendor management.
• Experience maintaining training records and evidence for compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional training delivery: build and manage annual plan with stakeholders.
• Co-design learning solutions with subject-matter experts and ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness through proper training records.
• Lead the regional Academy community and manage the local team.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and data; coordinate regional vendor panel.
• Use technology and data to improve outcomes and training effectiveness.
• Deliver leadership development modules and support leadership workshops.
• Build strong partnerships and influence across functions, cultures, and locations.
