VF Corporation is seeking an Analyst, EMEA Internal Controls to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland. You will help execute the VF SOX program, identify risks, assess controls, and support remediation across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional, international teams and assist external auditors, with emphasis on documentation, testing, and process improvement. Come develop within a SOX‑focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of SOX-related experience in Big 4 or corporate SOX environment.
• Strong knowledge of SOX walkthroughs and testing phases.

Aufgaben

• Execute semi-annual control testing of internal controls over financial reporting, including business process and IT application controls.
• Raise preliminary issues and control deficiencies identified during testing and support initial assessment.
• Collaborate with control owners to support remediation and track action plans.
• Maintain and update documentation of processes, risks and controls per SOX requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in facilitating SOX audit activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, including standardization, automation, and efficiency.
• Apply SOX knowledge during control walkthroughs and testing activities.
