VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Customs Trade Compliance EMEA to lead a network of Country Customs Leads from Stabio, Switzerland. You will drive regional customs governance and partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and other functions to translate strategy into compliant operational excellence.

The role focuses on managing complex regulatory changes across Europe and the UK, developing high-performing teams, and shaping regional customs strategy to support VF’s growth agenda.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as supply chain, international trade, business, law, accounting or logistics.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in customs, international trade, or global trade compliance.
• Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Aufgaben

• Lead a network of Country Customs Leads across Europe and the UK.
• Oversee in-country customs compliance teams at regional distribution centers.
• Drive governance frameworks, policies and internal controls for customs compliance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Tax, Sourcing and Commercial teams to translate strategy into initiatives.
