Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Security Management, Health & Safety or related field.
• Strong interest in security, risk management, health & safety, compliance or audit.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working with data and documentation in a structured and accurate manner.
• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Aufgaben

• Review the completeness and consistency of Security and H&S checklists for Retail, Distribution Centre and Office Services units.
• Support audit planning activities with timelines, documentation collection and deadlines.
• Review audit checklists and assist with uploading and organizing historical checklists in tools.
• Assist with data analysis and data quality by maintaining and validating information on incidents and projects.
• Prepare and update presentations, reports and project documentation.
• Support assessment and preparation for the TAPA certification process.
• Map and monitor ongoing processes and projects.
• Prepare leadership updates and presentations.
• Track actions and support project follow-up activities.
