Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in financial business partnering with focus on value creation, process improvement, and financial decision-making.
• Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and US GAAP procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple demands, influence decisions through data analytics, and partner across functions.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Good understanding of CapEx and Inventory processes and compliance.
• Awareness of AI concepts and prompts for efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business stakeholders across commercial and supply chain to manage CapEx, Inventory, and E&O aligned with DePuy Synthes EMEA strategy.
• Lead the planning process for CapEx, Inventory, and E&O with global, sourcing, regional, and local teams.
• Translate regional targets into executable plans across markets.
• Drive market accountability and collaborate with markets to deliver plans and mitigate issues.
• Lead reviews of results with regional and global partners.
• Analyze and review working capital performance with franchise teams.
• Contribute to cost and cash flow optimization initiatives.
• Enhance analytics to provide ROI insights on working capital investments.
