Job summary

CTC Analytics AG is seeking a skilled professional to support OEM and VAR partners across EMEA and to develop application workflows within laboratory automation. Based at our Zwingen or Zurich offices, you will contribute to customer projects, trainings, and technical documentation, collaborating closely with Sales and Product Management.

The role requires practical experience in analytical chemistry, GC-MS/LC-MS proficiency, and a customer-oriented mindset, with travel up to 30% within EMEA.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in analytical chemistry.
• Strong GC-MS and LC-MS experience.
• Experience in automated sample preparation.
• Customer- and business-oriented mindset.
• Good understanding of the analytical instrument market in EMEA.
• Proactive and professional communication skills.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA, up to approx. 30%.

Responsibilities

• Support OEM and VAR partners across EMEA.
• Develop application workflows and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Support technical selling and new customer project acquisition.
• Conduct customer and partner trainings.
• Participate in customer meetings, seminars, trade shows and conferences.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to new workflow solutions.
• Create application notes and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management.
