ITech Consult AG is seeking an Embedded Rust Engineer to develop real-time software for medical device projects in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. You will work with embedded Linux/RTOS, CAN bus communication, and contribute to regulatory compliance.

You bring 2+ years of Rust experience, strong embedded systems knowledge, and a degree in software/electrical/computer engineering. The role offers challenging, collaborative work with modern tooling like Kubernetes and Docker for CI.

• Hands-on embedded software development in professional setting
• Experience with real-time constraints: latency, jitter, task scheduling
• Experience with CAN bus communication
• Strong Rust skills with ownership, lifetimes and error handling

• Lead work package definition, estimation and planning
• Review designs and contribute to SW architecture
