Work Selection AG is seeking an Embedded Rust Engineer for Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz for a 12-month assignment with potential extension. You will develop concepts, participate in feasibility studies, and own software tasks across the project.

You will lead work packages, review designs, document SW unit specifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory and market standards. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience developing embedded or systems-level software.
• Experience with real-time Linux (PREEMPT_RT) or a comparable RTOS.
• Experience with CAN bus communication.
• Understanding of real-time constraints: latency, jitter, scheduling.
• University degree in Software Engineering or related field.

Aufgaben

• Develop concepts and participate in feasibility studies to meet technical requirements.
• Perform and own software development tasks with reviews using checklists and templates.
• Lead work package definition, estimation, planning, and document SW unit specs/designs.
• Review designs and contribute to SW architecture, define quality attributes, stay updated with trends.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide bug fixes for post-market releases.
• Ensure compliance with processes, propose improvements, and stay informed about regulatory standards.
