ITech Consult AG seeks an Embedded Rust Engineer to design and implement real-time software for medical/industrial environments. You will work on CAN bus interfaces, RTOS-based systems, and embedded build/debug tooling, using Rust to build reliable, safe software.

Qualifikationen

• Embedded & Real-Time Systems background required/essential.
• Hands-on embedded or systems-level software experience.
• Experience with real-time Linux (PREEMPT_RT) or RTOS.
• CAN bus experience required.
• Rust experience with ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits and error handling (2+ years).
• Asynchronous programming in Rust.
• Linux familiarity and embedded build/debug tooling.

Aufgaben

• Develop concepts and feasibility studies to meet technical requirements.
• Own software development tasks with code reviews using templates.
• Lead work package definition, estimation and planning; document SW designs.
• Review designs and contribute to SW architecture and quality attributes.
• Investigate root causes and fix bugs in post-market releases.
• Ensure regulatory/market standards compliance and propose improvements.
