Zusammenfassung

VAT Group is seeking an Electronics Industrialization Engineer to oversee the entire industrialization process of new electronics products through final acceptance in Haag, St. Gallen, CH.

The role requires collaborating with EMS partners and internal teams to qualify production and create essential production documents. Responsibilities include developing test tools, performing first article inspections, standardizing processes, supporting product development, and coordinating product changes

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electronics/ mechatronic engineering.
• Experience in electronics development (analog, digital, uC, power electronics).
• Programming experience (C, C#, SPS) and ECAD tools (Altium).

Aufgaben

• Accompany the entire industrialization process of new electronics products until final acceptance.
• Support EMS partners and internal departments to ensure successful production process qualification.
• Develop test tools for product verification.
• Create the necessary production documents.
• Execute and document first article inspections.
• Standardize production processes.
• Support electronics product development.
• Coordinate and implement product changes as part of change management.
