Job summary

Corintis, based at EPFL Campus in St. Sulpice near Lausanne, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to define, power calculate and lay out high-performance Thermal Test Vehicles for AI/CPU microarchitectures.

You will report to the Thermal Testing Team lead and collaborate with system and package architects, electronic engineers and mechanical experts. You will drive layout and routing using Cadence Allegro, Altium and KiCAD, own netlists, and align with manufacturing partners to meet cost and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in high-speed electronic design.
• Experience with Cadence Allegro, Altium or KiCAD.
• Proven designs from concept to validation.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Thermal Test Vehicles based on specifications.
• Route interposer, substrates and PCBs using state-of-the-art tools.
• Own netlists and connectivity checks through layout clean-up.
• Collaborate with manufacturing Silicon, Back End and PCB partners.
• Manage quotes and timing with internal and external partners.
• Support electronic schematic designs for test platforms.
