Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director, EHDS Data Cataloguing, to lead the operational and technical aspects of identifying, classifying, and maintaining in-scope health data under the European Health Data Space. You will coordinate data owners across functions and ensure metadata accuracy, completeness, and discoverability.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in science, technology or healthcare.
• Experience in data governance, data standards, or clinical data transparency.
• Understanding of EHDS data concepts and metadata management.

Aufgaben

• Lead EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream across functions and geographies.
• Maintain complete inventory of in-scope data with ownership and metadata.
• Apply EHDS data categories, metadata standards and HealthDCAT-AP when required.
• Develop guidelines, instructions, and controls for consistent cataloging.
• Coordinate with Legal, Data Owners, and Technology for data governance.
• Ensure data quality, periodic verification, and gap remediation.
