Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director to lead the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Programme. You will define strategy, governance, and execution roadmaps across regulatory, technology, and data domains, interfacing with Global Development, Legal, Privacy, and IT.

This role spans multiple countries with a hybrid work model and requires strong leadership in matrix environments. You will drive cross-functional planning, risk management, and executive reporting while ensuring

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technology, healthcare, or business discipline.
• 7+ years leading large, cross-functional pharmaceutical/healthcare programs.
• Certifications in project or program management preferred (PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe).
• Working knowledge of EU regulatory environment including EHDS, GDPR, data governance.

Aufgaben

• Sets program strategy and delivery approach for EHDS across regulatory, business, and tech.
• Leads integrated plan, milestones, outcomes, and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Directs execution with clear accountability for scope, quality, and risk.
• Oversees governance, decision rights, reporting, and issue management.
• Advises senior leadership on direction, trade-offs, and resource needs.
• Builds alignment among global teams and external partners; communicates progress.
