Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, EHDS Programme Management within our Clinical Data Transparency group. You will lead cross‑functional delivery spanning governance, strategy, regulatory alignment, and technology enablement to advance EHDS.

The role is hybrid with global footprint across several sites including Allschwil. Requires advanced degree and 7+ years in large programs; PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/SAFe) preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in scientific, technology, healthcare, or business discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, or scientific experience, including leadership of large, cross-functional programs.
• Formal project or program management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe) is preferred.
• Working knowledge of EU regulatory environment and data-related obligations; familiarity with EHDS, GDPR, data governance or regulated tech implementation is strongly preferred.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and translate regulatory/technical complexity into executive-level messages.

Aufgaben

• Set the program management strategy and integrated delivery approach for EHDS across regulatory, business, and technology domains.
• Lead the integrated program plan, roadmap, milestones, outcomes, and success measures across multiple workstreams.
• Direct program execution with clear accountability and governance.
• Advise leadership on direction, resource needs, and decision governance.
• Navigate stakeholder landscape and align scope, requirements, and sequencing.
