Job summary

EHL is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead the implementation of executive education programs and EMBA initiatives. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and industry partners to create engaging learning experiences and ensure operational excellence.

The role focuses on delivering high‑impact programs for professionals and organizations, requiring strong communication, strategic planning, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in program coordination and event organization/management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with program participants, faculty, partners and stakeholders.
• Gather teaching materials from stakeholders and liaise with internal and external parties.
• Ensure smooth execution of program operations, including AV setup and translation coordination.
• Support program delivery from one day to several weeks, including on/off campus, virtual formats, weekends and travel.
• Monitor program budgets and margins to ensure expenditures align with plan.
• Improve workflows and processes to enhance learner and client experience.
• Develop program roadmaps and timelines for program development.
• Collaborate with partners on admissions and recruitment for programs.
• Work with the program management team to optimize workflows, tools and processes.

As Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for our executive education programs' and EMBA level program’s implementation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and industry partners you will create engaging learning experiences, ensure operational excellence, and support the continued growth and success of our executive education activities. Through your ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and lead strategic projects, you will contribute to delivering high-impact learning experiences that address the evolving needs of professionals and organizations.

What will you do ?

• Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with program participants, faculty, partners, and stakeholders.
• Gather teaching program materials and information from stakeholders and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of all program operations, including technical aspects such as AV setup, simultaneous translation, and coordination of program materials from both internal and external parties.
• Support during the whole length of the program from one day to weeks (during program delivery, face to face on or off campus and virtual, some weekend work, evenings and travel required).
• Ensure expenditure of the program aligns with the program budget and follows expected margins.
• Ensure effective program delivery by utilizing and improving established workflows and processes to enhance the learner and client experience.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations, industry associations, and thought leaders to enhance program offerings and expand market reach.Create program roadmaps and timelines to guide program development.
• Collaborate with partner for admission/recruitment process for programs.
• Collaborate with the program management team to optimize workflows, tools, and processes to support program implementation and enhance client satisfaction.

Who are you ?

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related area, ideally with a master's degree in hospitality/business related fields.
• You have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in program coordination and the event organization and management nice to have.
• You have a proven track record of managing complex higher-education programs, including virtual and blended formats. (Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and program management software is a plus).
• You demonstrate strong strategic planning, project management, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• You are able to demonstrate flexibility and are willing to travel regularly, both locally and internationally.
• You have a good understanding of the executive education market, or a strong willingness to develop this expertise.
• You are able to demonstrate flexibility in your working hours, which may occasionally extend beyond regular business hours, in order to meet the needs of an international clientele.
• You have excellent command of English, Mandarin and ideally French.
