Job summary

The Hitachi Energy global IT organization seeks an ECAD Service Manager to oversee ECAD systems, portfolios, and services. You will lead agile teams, coordinate vendors, and ensure data integrity across ECAD environments worldwide.

You will drive lifecycle management for ECAD tools (Zuken E3.series, Altium) and align with business goals, budgets, and ITIL-based processes in a fast-paced engineering landscape. Salary discussions will reflect location and experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
8+ years ECAD system administration, development, or design engineering.
At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Strong budgeting and cost management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and enhance the ECAD service portfolio aligned with business goals.
Lead agile development teams, application managers, project managers, vendors.
Oversee ECAD applications lifecycle: selection, deployment, upgrades, retirement.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across ECAD environments.
Manage budgets for ECAD software, hardware, and services.
