UBS in Zürich seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to grow our Eastern Europe-focused Wealth Management business. You will build trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and family offices, and connect clients with UBS's investment, advisory, and wealth planning capabilities.

You have a track record advising sophisticated clients, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Formación

• Extensive experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and manage sophisticated clients.
• Strong regional knowledge of Eastern Europe is preferred.
• Fluent English; Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a focused business development strategy for new clients and referral sources.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, investors and family offices across Eastern Europe.
• Build a strong network through market engagement and internal collaboration.
• Understand clients' needs and connect them with UBS's investment and wealth planning capabilities.
• Ensure client activities comply with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Support a high standard of client experience and risk culture.
