Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and a premier employer in The Treasure Valley. We are looking for a Service Porter to join our Reconditioning team at our new Overland Service Center. Our Reconditioning Center is a fast-paced environment serving all Kendall dealerships in The Treasure Valley area.

Our Porters work in a fast-paced environment, making sure vehicles are arriving and departing to the appropriate store locations. Porters are trusted to drive Kendall vehicles safely and represent the Kendall brand. Job duties include:
This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive. Standing and walking are required for up to 75% of the work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling are required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.
Work is performed equally inside and outside; the majority of job duties will be completed via standing or walking, though bending and twisting will occur to enter and exit vehicles frequently. Lifting 20 pounds occasionally, and rarely up to 50 pounds will be required.

Requirements
We are looking for self-motivated, reliable candidates ready to begin a career in the auto industry. This is an entry-level position providing training and room for growth. This is an hourly position, working a full-time schedule.
Candidates must have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models. Candidates must have the ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles. A good, clean driving record and valid driver license are required.
