The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an E-Store Assistant (80%) for Le Labo in Zurich to manage daily operations of the Le Labo Swiss e-commerce business from the Zurich E-Store. You will report to the Online E-Commerce Manager in Paris and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, efficient order processing and customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Le Labo Swiss e-commerce business from the Zurich E-Store, ensuring smooth order processing and logistics execution.

The position is based in our Le Labo Free Standing Store in Zurich and operates within a matrix organization. You will report to the Online E-Commerce Manager in Paris.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, goods receipt, and ensure quantity accuracy
• Maintain stock levels and supply quantities
• Provide local matrix reporting to the Sales & Education Manager in Paris
• Organize the stockroom and ensure a safe and clean working environment
• Process and manage orders from the e-commerce platform
• Pick, prepare, and pack orders according to Le Labo packaging standards
• Ensure reliable and timely shipment management
• Maintain an efficient and smooth shipping process in daily operations
• Support the maintenance of shipping infrastructure
• Collaborate with the Concierge team on special requests and bespoke orders
• Identify and escalation IT issues (ticketing system)

Your Profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Passion for our products and delivering outstanding customer service
• First experience with e-commerce shipping software is an advantage
• Fluent in English and German
