MISSION

As an E-shop Specialist, you will oversee the management, support, and enhancement of our eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless and efficient operations across international markets. This role requires expertise in handling complex e-shop structures, platform optimization, and digital marketing strategies while aligning with EMS's business goals.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • E-commerce Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of EMS’s eCommerce platforms, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
    • Address technical issues promptly and collaborate with IT and development teams to implement new features and integrations.
    • Manage international complexities such as multiple currencies, languages, and shipping logistics.
  • Compliance & Optimization:
    • Ensure platforms comply with international regulations and are optimized for diverse markets.
    • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage e-shop projects to meet deadlines and budgets while aligning with business goals.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation of processes and provide regular performance reports.
  • Training & Support:
    • Provide training and technical support to colleagues to ensure effective use of eCommerce tools and processes.

EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing international and complex e-shop structures.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing complex eCommerce projects.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset to optimize platform performance.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities for addressing technical challenges.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • C1 English level is a must (writing and speaking).
  • Any other language is a plus.
