Operations span event setup, scheduling coordination, and standards monitoring in an international boarding-school setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-demand support across Facilities, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations.
• Assist with day-to-day maintenance coordination and property-related tasks.
• Support meal service in the dining hall during busy periods or events.
• Offer housekeeping assistance during peak times, transitions, and deep-cleaning schedules.
• Relay updates between departments and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with team leads to ensure efficient scheduling and task coverage.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of school events and functions.
• Monitor event spaces for readiness and respond to last-minute requests.
• Regularly inspect operational areas for cleanliness and presentation.
