The role focuses on Drug Linker Toxin production, requires an academic degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, and experience with chromatography assets in pharma.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience with chromatography assets or chromatography applications in production.
• In-depth knowledge of operations in the biological, chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on chromatography experience and programming skills on preparatory HPLC equipment.

Aufgaben

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for the manufacturing aspects of assigned chromatography processes.
• Perform risk analyses and ensure implementation of defined control measures.
• Ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, operator training, and process know-how transfer.
• Drive cost control, continuous improvement, innovation, audits, and technical standardization.
• Build and apply strong chromatography equipment and process expertise.
• Prepare, programme, and manage operation of chromatography equipment for manufacturing.
