Qualifikationen

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive Downstream Processing (DSP) experience in biopharma/related industry.
• Proven experience with preparative HPLC and chromatographic purification.
• Strong background in process development, scale-up, and tech transfer.

Aufgaben

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in DSP technologies.
• Act as technical and scientific expert for DSP in customer interactions and events.
• Lead or support DSP process development projects; plan and supervise lab work.
• Support transfer of DSP manufacturing processes into GMP production facilities.
• Lead or support investigations, deviations, document reviews, and improvements.
• Define and support investment strategies for DSP equipment and technologies.
