The ideal candidate has a strong background in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, and cGMP regulations, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, downstream processing, process engineering, or technical operations.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment and knowledge of regulatory expectations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor downstream manufacturing campaigns under cGMP.
• Serve as SME for assigned products, guiding cross-functional teams through lifecycle.
• Provide real-time process support, troubleshoot equipment/process issues, and drive root cause investigations.
• Lead deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments, and validation support.
• Develop GMP documentation and ensure inspection readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and product quality.
• Support capital projects, technology transfers, and commissioning activities.
• Deliver technical training to manufacturing personnel.
