Zusammenfassung

Lonza Group Ltd. in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Drug Product operations to provide front-line technical and procedural support to the shopfloor, in line with cGMP guidelines, collaborating with manufacturing teams, engineers and QA.

You will drive process improvements, ensure batch integrity, prepare production documents, lead investigations, CAPAs, and support training. Fluent English required; German is a plus; flexible hours and an ethical culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master in Pharmaceutical Tech, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sterile Manufacturing in operations; QA experience a plus.
• Fluent English; German language is advantageous.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and SOP execution.

Aufgaben

• Execute manufacturing activities in Drug Product per cGMP; ensure batch execution and data evaluation.
• Provide front-line technical and procedural support with manufacturing, engineers and QA.
• Ensure safe, on-time batch production and quality compliance.
• Prepare and review electronic batch records and GMP documents.
• Drive optimization projects for manufacturing processes.
• Lead process investigations, deviations and CAPA-related activities.
