Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in onshore oil and gas or deep geothermal operations
• At least 4 years of experience working in Continental Europe
• Experience supervising a rig floor crew on a super light rig
• Experience operating and overseeing day-to-day drilling activities in line with a drilling program
• Strong operational knowledge of drilling equipment
• Strong understanding of well control practices
• Experience working with MPD systems
• Ability to support safe working conditions on the drill floor and promote a strong safety culture
• Ability to identify and report operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement of drilling performance
• Commitment to health, safety, security, and environmental standards
• Ability to ensure compliance with company procedures, well control requirements, and current safety regulations

The role focuses on day-to-day rig activity, drill floor supervision, MPD system operations, well control, and safe execution of work using modern drilling equipment. This position plays an important part in operational performance, equipment readiness, and maintaining strong safety standards across onshore oil and gas or deep geothermal projects.

Required Experience:

• 10 years of experience in onshore oil and gas or deep geothermal operations
• At least 4 years of experience working in Continental Europe
• Experience supervising a rig floor crew on a super light rig
• Experience operating and overseeing day-to-day drilling activities in line with a drilling program
