To expand our team in Switzerland, we are seeking a Document Control Manager (m/f/d) who enjoys managing complex projects within the Life Sciences sector and thrives in an international environment. Do you see yourself as the right fit? We want to hear from you!

Job Objectives
  • Serve as a key interface, maintaining an overview of all information and documentation-related processes.
  • Structure and organize successful end-to-end processes among all stakeholders, including internal departments, external planning teams, and project management.
  • Coordinate all project documents, documentation, and manuals through your organizational skills.
  • Check document quality, create master lists, and ensure effective information exchange and data maintenance using your analytical skills.
Minimum Requirements
  • A university degree, preferably with a technical background.
  • Practical experience in information and document management, ideally in the construction industry.
  • Strong social skills and excellent communication abilities, with a high affinity for IT and experience with document management systems.
  • An interest in challenging large-scale projects and technical topics related to construction.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with good written and spoken German skills.
