Job summary

Axpo Group seeks a Division Controller to own the division's financials, drive reporting, and build tools for insights. You will manage the Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash flow, lead month-end closings and IFRS bridging, and shape planning, budgeting and forecasting at the divisional level.

In this role you will develop models for analysis, collaborate with European teams, and present complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders, enabling strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and change-adaptability in a multinational setting.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using MS Office, Power BI, SAP, Tagetik, VBA and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the division's financials including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow and KPIs.
• Drive month-end closings and bridge IFRS with management reporting.
• Lead mid-term planning, budgeting and forecasting at divisional level.
• Develop models and tools for analysis, reporting and forecasting.
