The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 and may include incentive awards and an annual bonus, with final pay determined by experience, skill level, and location. Salaries meet local requirements including local minimum wage rates.

The Role

This professional will oversee the identification of market needs, prioritization, execution, and delivery of distribution capability across all channels. They will partner closely with Product Design and Engineering leads to revamp Hyatt distribution for hotels and will regularly interface with colleagues across Hyatt (e.g., hotel operations, loyalty program, digital content) to ensure seamless integration with broad Hyatt initiatives.

  • Express business outcomes for projects requested by internal Hyatt teams
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute a distribution-centric product roadmap
  • Identify and research data-driven insights; make sound data-driven feature-functionality decisions
  • Work collaboratively across design and engineering within the team to prioritize efforts aligned to the roadmap
  • Write and groom user stories that engineers and designers will use to develop working software
  • Lead a team of designers, engineers, and testers (through influence) to achieve specific outcomes and goals
Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience working within cross-functional Agile teams
  • Strong background in hypothesis-driven product development, lean tools & methodologies, and data-driven decision making

Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
