• Update IT systems (DASH Monitor, TMS, emails).
• Download data for analysis and share with customer service and offices worldwide.
• Prepare specialized packaging and temperature‑controlled shipments.
• Monitor stock of packaging and containers to avoid supply breaks.
• Monitor refrigerated containers and cold rooms.
• Clean, refurbish and prepare packaging (reverse logistics).
• Scan and fill out operational documents.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading vehicles.

Job Details

This is a demanding position involving the management of a team of drivers/deliverers responsible for the pickups and deliveries of sensitive shipments in the region. (Temperature‑controlled, regulated products, dedicated and urgent transports, etc.)

Responsibilities

• This role requires a high level of concentration and the ability to manage a large amount of information, especially during peak periods
• The position relies on a flexible approach to working hours and task lists, as well as the ability to work and interact with individuals at all levels and from different departments
• Support the store manager in the aspects of preconditioning and preparation of packaging in daily operations
• Assist the customs department concerning certain import/export tasks
• Communicate all relevant and appropriate information to the drivers regarding shipments
• Update and monitor our IT systems such as DASH Monitor, TMS, emails, and data backup systems
• Download data for analysis and distribution to customer service and other World Courier offices worldwide
• Prepare specialized packaging and temperature‑controlled shipments
• Control the stock of packaging and supplies, ensuring there are no breaks in the supply chain
• Monitor systems and refrigerated containers (cold rooms/refrigerators/freezers)
• Clean, refurbish, and prepare specialized packaging (reverse logistics)
• Scan and fill out operational documents
• Assist drivers in loading/unloading vehicles if necessary (handling, using an electric pallet jack, etc.)
