Aufgaben

• Manage a team of drivers delivering sensitive shipments and coordinating pickups.
• Maintain focus and handle peak periods with high information load.
• Support the store manager in preconditioning and packaging preparation.
• Assist customs with import/export tasks.
• Communicate shipments information to drivers.
• Update IT systems (DASH Monitor, TMS, emails).
• Download data for analysis and share with customer service and offices worldwide.
• Prepare specialized packaging and temperature‑controlled shipments.
• Monitor stock of packaging and containers to avoid supply breaks.
• Monitor refrigerated containers and cold rooms.
• Clean, refurbish and prepare packaging (reverse logistics).
• Scan and fill out operational documents.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading vehicles.
