Qualifikationen

Department overview

The Treasury Department plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s financial stability and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cash Flow Forecasting: preparing and maintaining short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity and support financial planning.
  • Cash Management: managing daily cash positioning, optimizing the use of available funds, and ensuring efficient allocation of cash across accounts and entities.
  • Bank Guarantees: coordinating the issuance and renewal of bank guarantees in support of business operations and contractual obligations.
  • Funding Arrangements: supporting and maintaining various funding structures, including external loans and intercompany financing, to meet business needs.
  • Foreign Exchange (Forex) Implications: monitoring and managing currency exposure, assessing FX risks, and supporting hedging strategies where applicable.
  • Payment Approvals: reviewing and approving payments in line with internal controls and compliance policies.
  • Bank Account Management: processing and reconciling bank account statements, maintaining accurate records, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Intercompany Loans: administering intercompany loan agreements and settlements to support internal financing needs.
  • Corporate Credit Card Program: managing the company’s credit card program, including issuance, policy enforcement, and reconciliation.
  • Direct Debits: setting up and monitoring direct debit arrangements to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Audit Support: assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with financial controls.
  • SOX Controls: ensuring adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements related to treasury functions.
  • E-Banking Portals Management: oversee the administration, security, and functionality of electronic banking platforms across EMEA and APAC regions. Ensure optimal setup, user access controls, and compliance with internal and external regulations, enabling efficient and secure cash management and payment processing.
  • Cash Pool Management: manage and optimize global and regional cash pooling structures to enhance liquidity, reduce external borrowing, and ensure effective use of internal funds. Monitor daily cash positions, intercompany funding, and ensure compliance with local regulations and tax considerations.
  • Travel Requirements: some travel may be required for banking relationship management, intercompany coordination, or audit support.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • At least 7-10 years of working experience in Treasury Department, preferably in a corporate organization
  • Extensive experience in preparing cash forecast and cash flow analysis
  • Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP4/Hana, FXAll trading a plus
  • Results-driven and KPIs oriented.
