Novartis is seeking a TM Expert in Cardiovascular Metabolism to lead PoC strategies and drive cross-functional teams through PoC and early development. You will interact with biology, chemistry, and clinical operations to shape development pathways.

The role requires MD with subspecialty, 1–2 years in pharma/biotech and a track record of scientific leadership, with strong English communication. Flexible, hybrid working options are offered along with broad total rewards.

Qualifikationen

• MD with clinical subspecialty in cardiovascular disease or endocrinology/metabolic disease.
• At least 1–2 years in pharma/biotech/CRO or academic medical center; 5+ years for Director level.
• Excellent written and oral communication, publications in international journals.
• Fluent English, able to work in a matrix, cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead global project teams through PoC phase and beyond.
• Own Integrative Development Plan components through PoC.
• Act as medical monitor for one or more studies.
• Communicate clinical matters to project teams and decision boards.
• Convene internal/external leaders to discuss PoC approach.
• Evaluate clinical centers and collaborate with investigators.
• Oversee publication and external presentation of PoC results.
• Accountable for biomarker strategies; work with biomarker experts.
• Identify and implement preclinical strategies for program objectives.
• Present to Health Authorities as TM Expert.
