DIRECTOR PAYROLL

In this strategic leadership role, you will lead a team of approximately 15 specialists and ensure the accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll processes for employees across all levels of the organization—from senior executives and specialists to production staff.

Acting as a key point of contact, you will manage relationships and interfaces with SVA - pension funds, and insurance providers. You will advise and support both management and employees on salary models, insurance, and pension-related matters.

Your expertise in structuring effective salary and optimizing pension funds and insurance models will contribute significantly to the company’s long-term people strategy. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you will actively shape modern and competitive compensation structures within the organization.

You will work closely with Group Management and serve as a key interface with Finance and Controlling, providing strategic advice on salary matters across the group.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with excellent analytical and advisory skills. Professional fluency in French, English, and German, as well as proven negotiation skills, are essential for successfully managing this demanding and high-responsibility position.
