Summary: In Switzerland, our “Operations and Supply Chain” management consultants team is the spearhead of PwC’s management consulting practice. We work with leading companies and growing businesses, collaborating closely with our global PwC network to serve clients in Switzerland and worldwide. You will work with clients on their supply chain operations processes, evaluating the creation and implementation of best-in-class supply chain methods and solutions.

Sell, lead, and deliver high-impact projects by engaging with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in the life sciences industry.

Develop new ideas and proposals to share with clients, aiming to secure new and expand existing projects. Projects typically include designing and implementing new technologies, supply chain processes, operating models, digital strategies, and ways of working. They also focus on driving business performance through cultural change, process improvement, automation, and leveraging advanced analytics and AI.

With international clients, you will gain experience working in multicultural teams within Switzerland and abroad.

Drive the growth of our capabilities and team, collaborating with PwC's global network of life sciences experts and utilizing our market-leading propositions, methodologies, assets, and training materials.

Your Skill Set

• University degree in business operations, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
• As an experienced hire, a proven track record of delivering and exceeding project goals, with a strong network in the life sciences industry.
• Experience in managing large transformation projects and developing new propositions in consulting, with exposure to key supply chain or operations improvements along the value chain.
• Prior experience in areas such as digital strategy development, operating model design, supply chain planning, logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.
• Ideally, a network of potential business development channels and capabilities within specific industries like Pharma or Consumer Goods.
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members in supply chain and operations roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; German skills are beneficial.
• Strong team player with high independence and willingness to travel mainly within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
