On behalf of our client, a global organization, we're looking for a Director of Digital Supply Chain Transformation (SAP).

About the Role

As an SAP Transformation Director focusing on supply chain, you will support business clients in designing and implementing SAP solutions that align with their operational needs. You will oversee complex transformation programs that deliver measurable improvements and drive innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP-driven transformation projects across various industries or within a specialized sector
• Advise senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and help translate strategic goals into SAP-enabled solutions
• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP programs from assessment and planning to implementation and optimization
• Deliver improvements through process design, organizational alignment, and cutting-edge SAP technologies, including S/4HANA
• Collaborate with global technology partners to integrate innovations such as AI and sustainability tools into client solutions
• Contribute to the continuous growth of the SAP practice by mentoring team members and shaping strategic offerings

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Strong expertise in supply chain processes, including procurement, manufacturing, sales and distribution, and master data
• Experience managing RFPs and complex client engagements
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP system configuration aligned to business needs
• Demonstrated leadership in high-impact projects
• Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad as needed
