Lever, Inc. seeks a Director of Marketing in Switzerland to shape a modern demand-generation engine across EMEA and APAC. You will own strategy, systems, and execution to drive pipeline, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.

As an individual contributor, you will lead with hands-on execution, leverage AI and automation, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Data teams to build scalable reporting and optimization frameworks from the ground up.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment with strong demand-gen expertise.
• Proven track record owning strategy and execution and delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Experience building reporting frameworks and using insights to optimize campaigns, budgets and resources.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity and conversion rates, aplus.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand-generation strategy across EMEA/APAC.
• Build scalable programs to generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, and productivity.
• Own the full marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion and optimize funnel performance.
• Plan integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars, events, and more.
