Director of Sales & Business Development (CDMO) – Asia

A fast-growing, human-centric CDMO is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Director to expand its presence across Asia. This remote role is key to driving regional growth, building strategic client relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in the development and manufacturing of injectable therapies.
Develop and manage long-term client partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Lead sales efforts from lead generation to contract negotiation
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support growth
5+ years’ experience in biopharma/CDMO sales (Asia region preferred)
Strong knowledge of drug modalities (e.g., mAbs, ADCs, gene therapies) and injectable packaging (e.g., PFS, cartridges)
Technical background in life sciences; experience in sterile product development and manufacturing
Fluent in Japanese and English; Korean or Mandarin is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
