DePuy Synthes is seeking a Senior Director of Quality TECA to develop and execute quality strategies for lifecycle management and new product introduction within the DS TECA organization.

Your role as Quality Management Representative will guide the quality organization across multiple sites and partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Marketing to ensure successful product realization and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 12 years QA management experience in medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of design control requirements.
• Direct experience leading Notified Body/FDA audits.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality strategic vision for DS TECA platform.
• Coach and guide quality leadership across the organization.
• Ensure quality deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Oversee risk management, design controls, and process validation.
• Manage quality budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead FDA/TUV/BSI and other Health Authority audits.
