Job summary

GSM Outdoors is seeking a Director of Product Management – Software & Mobile to define the vision for our mobile apps, cloud platforms, and connected software ecosystem.

You will lead a team across mobile, backend, and platform initiatives, partnering with Engineering, Design, Firmware, Marketing, and Customer Experience to deliver intuitive, high-performing digital experiences and drive a subscription strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management in mobile, software, SaaS, or connected-device ecosystems.
• 3+ years leading and developing product managers or cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record launching, scaling, and managing high-quality iOS and Android applications.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile apps and cloud services.
• Translate customer needs into prioritized requirements and execution plans.
• Lead and scale a team of product managers and product owners.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Define KPIs and drive data-driven product decisions.
• Partner on app store optimization and customer onboarding.
