Your distinctive quality awareness and enthusiasm for Corporate Finance and M&A allow you to quickly integrate yourself into our team. Your area of responsibility includes advising clients of various sectors and sizes and the following activities:

  • Analyze complex challenges and successfully implement corporate transactions
  • Advise clients with high expectations - in dialog and a partnership of equals
  • Lead a team in Corporate Finance and M&A team made up of dedicated people
  • Be responsible for client projects and long-term relationship building
  • Give presentations (seminars, networking events, round tables, etc.)
  • Create thought leadership (studies, publications, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
  • Develop the business through active market development and acquisition of new clients
What you Offer

You have several years of demonstrably successful professional experience in Corporate Finance and M&A and have a very good master's degree in banking & finance, business administration or accounting & finance. Your strengths also include the following key skills:

  • Specialization in M&A (e.g. CFA) and in-depth knowledge in Corporate Finance
  • Good network in various sectors and access to C-level decision-makers/BoD/entrepreneurs
  • Entrepreneurial ambitions and development potential
  • Respectful manners, interpersonal skills and humor
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
