Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Operations or similar leadership role.
• Experience in IT support, workplace tech, identity and access management, and device lifecycle management.
• Proven SaaS governance, vendor management, software licensing, and budget management.
• Experience in international/multi-site fast-growing tech environments.
• Knowledge of automation and AI solutions in a corporate setting is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Lead and improve IT operations and digital workplace environment.
• Ensure onboarding, offboarding, device management, access management, and user support.
• Oversee helpdesk and service management processes, ensuring high service quality.
• Manage collaboration and productivity tools used across the organization.

• Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain security and compliance standards.
• Manage IT budgets, software licenses, hardware, and vendor relationships.
