• Several years of experience in managing the IT department of an international company.
• Experience in IT organization design and transformation.
• Strong track record in initiating and implementing digitization and automation of complex business processes.
• Determined, reliable, communicative and resilient personality.
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills.
