Responsibilities:

As a Director of IT and Engineering, you will develop and execute an IT strategy. You will plan IT systems to support this vision, craft system architecture (including multiple systems and interfaces), and ensure that systems are secure and reliable. Additionally, you will oversee the Cyber Security program, establish and enforce cybersecurity standards, review and update cybersecurity incident response policies and procedures, and coordinate policy and practice. You will manage the annual IT budget and investments, and ensure reporting to the audit committee.

Profile:

• MSc in IT or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT leadership roles
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems
• Excellent knowledge of security, networks
• Excellent knowledge of systems administration
