Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in management, business, or related field.
• At least fifteen years of IP/innovation experience.
• Seven+ years of senior managerial experience.
• Experience in IP analytics and IP commercialization.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of other UN languages.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction for technology transfer, IP analytics and IP commercialization.
• Coordinate programs with other departments and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Direct the division's human and financial resources.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage with WIPO Member States and stakeholders at high levels.
• Develop strategies, programs and partnerships to expand the division's impact.
• Perform other related duties as required.
