Qualifikationen

• At least six years of progressively responsible professional experience in data analytics, data science, ML or related field.
• Experience using unit record databases to generate actionable intelligence for client decision making.
• Experience with statistical/econometric software and tools (e.g., STATA, Python, R).
• Experience applying data science/ML techniques to large-scale statistical databases and data platforms.
• Experience in advanced data preparation, validation, analysis, modelling and QA.
• Professional experience in the IP field.
• Experience deploying and maintaining analytical models and pipelines in production with MLOps practices.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of other UN official languages.

Aufgaben

• Implement and enhance internal and external statistical reporting tools ensuring accessibility and clarity.
• Build and maintain web dashboards, data access platforms, and analytics pipelines.
• Carry out analytical workstreams using ML/LLMs and predictive modelling to inform uptake of WIPO services.
• Analyze data with SQL/Python/R and translate results to actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Apply MLOps practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, and reproducibility.
• Support projects across their lifecycle including data extraction, visualization and presentation.
